January has arrived and with it our new class timetable. Starting Monday 15th January we have used all of our member feedback to bring you a wide variety of fitness to ensure you are kept motivated and excited about maintaining those New Years Resolutions. We have a new BodyPump Release launching Monday 15th with Damien, Martin and Hakima on hand to put you through your paces. Book in through your club app to avoid disappointment. When is the last time you increased your weights in BodyPump? As our bodies adapt quickly to exercise it is important to increase the demand on the body through duration or intensity to ensure we continue to achieve results. Our Welcome to BodyPump classes are a great chance to chat with your trainer before the class if you have any questions regarding technique or recommended weight selections.
We have a new swim course starting Thursday 18th January with Eduard who has achieved fantastic results for many members over the past two years. The cost of the course has been reduced for our members to €50 for six weeks. With small class numbers, this is a fantastic environment to tackle your fear of swimming or improve your technique for that triathlon this year.
