Our new timetable was released on the 11th September and we are delighted with the feedback that we have received from our members. Our new FitYoga class has proven to be very popular and although it may look a little scary hanging upside down, it is great fun and you will use muscles you didn’t even know you had.
We have also launched Strength and Endurance on a Tuesday morning at 6:30am which is for those of our members who don’t like to sleep and like to be pushed to the max. This class is great for those that have hit a plateau and need that extra push from one of our trainers.

National Fitness Day
European Week of Sport took place in the final week of September and to celebrate National Fitness Day we opened our doors to the public with a whopping 28 classes in one night and all of our team showing what they can do and what makes them Iconic.
The atmosphere was electric with our DJ pumping out the tunes and our guys, kicking, punching, shaking, spinning and dangling their little hearts out. Thanks to everyone who came along. See some of our pics from the night, click here.
Save The Date – I know it’s very early!
Every year our Member’s Christmas Party is a great night out and this year is shaping up nicely. We know how busy you all are so if you can, save the date for Saturday 2nd December we would love to see you there. Location will be revealed closer to the time.
Not So Glam Info
There is always lots happening behind the scenes that you may or may not notice. September saw us carry out more underwater work on our pool tiles. We replaced the sand in our two Jacuzzi filters. Carried out our quarterly emergency lighting test and all necessary repairs and fire alarm maintenance.
Our plan for October is to improve Wifi connection in all areas of the club so that all you can make the best use out of the new equipment. If you are unsure on how to use any of our new or old equipment please let us know at reception. We have 9 amazing trainers on our team who vary in styles/methods so we can book you in with someone who will help you achieve your goals whatever they may be.
