Here at 1escape we offer a range of courses to suit all tastes and fitness levels. Our fitness classes in Dublin can be as gentle as Pilates or as hard as Metcon. Whether you want to go for the burn or want to learn to swim there is a class for you. Here at our Dublin gym we have a wide range of facilities and are able to offer personal training and antigravity yoga in addition to Pilates, swimming and Metcon. We run fitness classes in Dublin most weekday evenings so please check out our online timetable.
Our courses will help you tone and strengthen your body and raise your fitness level. The benefits depend on the course you choose but you will see the changes in your body as you go through the course. At 1escape we know personal fitness is an individual thing. If you need our help choosing the right course for you we are happy to help. If you prefer a personal training program our personal trainers will develop a regime that suits you and meets your goals.
