WHAT IS Kettlex?
This class was created exclusively at 1escape health club where we have combined two of the best functional training classes into one fat burning, body toning class with the use of kettlebells and TRX suspension training.
What is a kettlebell?
It looks like a cannonball with a handle but these cast iron weights from Russia really turn up the workout volume. Build strength, stamina, endurance and flexibility as you swing, squat and lunge your way to a tighter toned body. Reached an exercise plateau? Put the kettlebell on.
What is Suspension Training?
Born in the Navy, Suspension Training is a bodyweight exercise class which develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRX Suspension straps which leverages gravity and the userâ€™s body weight while you complete hundreds of different exercises. The strap can be adjusted thereby making it suitable for all fitness levels.
