WHY DO ASHTANGA VINYASA?
This 6-week course is designed for anyone who has never done yoga.
Students will receive a solid foundation in the principles and
practice of Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga and relevant modifications to
movements or postures that may not be possible for some students due
to physical limitations.

You will learn from Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga:
- The two forms of the Sun Salutation
- The Standing Sequence
- The simpler parts of the Primary Series>
You will learn from Power Vinyasa Yoga:
A fixed Power Vinyasa Yoga 90min sequence to improve you self
practice and monitor your progress. The Sequences will change with
every 6-week course.
Yoga lets you tune in, chill out, and shape up. You improve muscle
flexibility, strength and endurance - whole body fitness. It corrects
muscular imbalances in the body and helps to prevent injuries and
imbalances from recurring. Yoga also lowers body fat and improves
cardiovascular health.
