We ask that you give us 3 calendar months notice to cancel. We understand that in the case of medical/redundancy reasons 3 months notice is not always possible. Under these circumstances we can cancel or suspend your membership immediately. A Doctors note/proof of redundancy is required.
If you’d like to talk to us about cancelling your membership, you can complete a ‘Just Before You Go’ form at reception in your home club, or call our Membership Team on 014850700.
In cases where the membership subscription has been made in advance (“up front payment”) 1escape will issue a proportionate refund if requested for annually paid subscriptions. While it is open to you to stop your direct debit at any time, you should be aware, that this would not remove your payment obligations under the membership agreement.
