Why choose me?

My desire to help others was probably one of the main reasons why I chose to become a personal trainer. I know from personal experience that having a healthy lifestyle is a never-ending journey that requires commitment, self-discipline and that it can be challenging to stay focused and determined to achieve goals. I don’t wake up every morning feeling ready to train, eat healthy and to stay on track, but I still do it and this is something I’ll be able to teach you.

What can I expect from training with you?

My job as a personal trainer is to assess your fitness level, help you set realistic goals, set up a personalized fitness program, and keep you motivated. I will make sure you reach your goals by teaching you new techniques and pushing you past your comfort level, something that many find difficult to do on their own.

Being fit isn’t just about having perfect body, lean muscles or healthy lifestyle. While doing PT session we learn how to leave our comfort zone and find strength to push ourselves do to more and better. This same technique can be applied in any aspect of your life and you can learn how to stay focused on anything that you are doing in your life.
