I am a result orientated, motivating and innovative personal trainer. I will challenge you, but incrementally. Progressing session on session, week on week is the goal here. I have several years’ experience working in the fitness industry and I have no doubt that my skills and know how can and will benefit you greatly in helping you reach your goals, whatever they may be.

My greatest sporting achievement, as simple as it may sound, has been beginning to lift weights when I was 18. It has set the foundation for a strong, fit and functional body that I am able to use since with very few injuries and consistent everyday function.

I love to keep fit and play sport, especially golf and outdoor running. I really enjoy travelling having been across Europe, South America and the United States in the past few years.

I value my downtime when I’m not working or studying, so I look to spend this time with friends, family and healthy activities such as hot yoga and reading
