I’ve been a professional dancer since early age and my love for fitness grew stronger throught my dance journey. Early on in my life I realized the power of movement and mind-body connection which is essential for a healthy lifestyle. As a dancer my greates accomplishment is 5th place at Jazz dance World Championship in Canada 2004.

You can expect 100% focus on understanding where you are now and where you want to be. Together we’ll design a program according to your needs to bridge the gap in between. I will challenge you, train you in the latest scientifically based exercise approach and assure none of your time is wasted in order to get maximum results. Lastly I don’t believe in motivation, but determination – there are going to be hard days, bad days and sore days, but I assure you’ll get there prepared and mentally strong . My primary goal is to make each session as valuable to you as possible and in a enjoyable way so you can forget excuses and form good habits for lasting change.
